2026 IRMAA Brackets and Monthly Premiums Income-Related Monthly Adjustment Amount
The standard monthly Medicare Part B premium for 2026 is $202.90. If your modified adjusted gross income (MAGI) from two years prior (2024) exceeds the limits below, you will pay the total premium plus the respective surcharge.
